Gold Training Package
 
The Gold Training Package is specifically designed for club owners who don't have the knowledge or want the stress and time that can come with the daily operation of a fitness centre. This package provides you with your own orporate Fitness Manager who will direct Club Managers within a specified club or cluster of clubs. We  direct day-to-day fitness operations and provide direction, coaching and support to help clubs achieve their full fitness sales goals and ensure member retention. The daily operations will be overseen by your Corporate Fitness Manager who has the experience and knowledge to coach, inspire and ensure your club is running at optimal performance whilst you the owner can take a back seat and enjoy the financial rewards of owning a fitness centre without the worry.
 
What does is it include: All that's in the Bronze Training Package plus the following,
 
* Carry out monthly maintenance & repair audits on club equipment.
 
* Recruiting, training and supervising staff, including managing staff rosters.
 
* Deliver fitness training or on in-club activities ensuring good member relations and retention. 

* Direct Club Managers to effectively and efficiently run daily club operations.
 
* Fortnightly club visits for training, motivation and auditing.
 
* Monthly meetings with Club Owner.
 
* Compile daily figures and strat board
 
* Ensure fitness sales goals for clubs are met, monitor performance and hold fitness personnel accountable for achieving expectations.
 
* Recruit, interview and select Club Managers, Assistant Managers; review Personal Trainer hiring process to ensure quality hires.
 
* Train newly-hired Club Managers to ensure effectiveness of the training for Assistant Club Managers.
 
* Analyze client feedback and handle customer complaints.
 
* Audit Membership base monthly ensuring accurate and complete information has been input.

* Conduct one on one sessions with Club Managers to review sales performance, member retentions, staffing and status of personal training.
 
* Motivate staff to perform at the highest level at all times, ensure they are visible within the market/area on a daily basis.

* Set monthly KPI's and dream build with Managers to ensure they take ownership.
 
* Conduct twice daily conference calls for ensure the day is set for success.

* Weekly email reports to Club owners.
 
* Ensure all fitness sales staff are following implemented policies, procedures and sales scripts.
 
* Demonstrate and coach “sales through service” philosophy
 
* Plan and execute successful monthly sales campaigns and member referral programs.
